Book a Session at the Dojo

At the Dojo we can record, mix, and master your music. The time you book can also be used for song writing, collaboration, and overall production of your project. Just remember to be clear when you book on your intentions for the session so we can be ready.

Your recording session can only be booked by paying a deposit of half the total amount of the session up front at the time of booking.

Deposits can be paid for with a pay pal account, credit or debit card.

If you want to use Cash App Venmo or Apple Pay for your deposit please contact us.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Studio Time Policy

Standard Operating Policies & Procedures

Cash deposits are not acceptable. 

 

Once the session is booked and the deposit has been processed the time slot that you desire will be confirmed.

PLEASE BE ON TIME! The clock starts at the start time of the booked studio session and arriving late does not push the timetable back.

• THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR REIMBURSEMENTS OF ANY KIND FOR LATE ARRIVALS (unless the engineer is late or technical difficulties on Dojo’s behalf causes an issue) the remaining 50% of the total amount is due before the start of your studio session. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• We Do NOT accept personal checks or gift cards of any kind.

• We accept money orders & cashier’s checks issued by banks or financial institutions.

• We accept credit/debit card payments. There will be a 3% Convenience Fee added to each credit card transaction.

• Sessions are limited to no more than 3 people for the A Room and 2 people for the B Room & C Room. We are a recording studio not a club house.

• DO NOT SHOW UP TO A SESSION WITH MORE THAN THE ALLOTTED AMOUNT OF PEOPLE OR THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELED WITH NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

THIS IS  A REQUIREMENT.

THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AFTER YOUR TIME HAS EXPIRED.

15-30 minutes (maybe more depending on how many songs you did) of your time towards the end of your session should be allotted for copies of studio sessions, file transfers, stem bounces, song bounce downs, etc. The studio is not responsible for your session files after the session is over.

 Although we do keep a copy of every session we record, we also know that anything can happen when it comes to technology.

So remember to bring a digital storage device and prepare to spend 15-30 minutes to complete this process and protect your work.
